Area Business Manager

Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire for Area Business Manager The Area Business Manager (ABM) is responsible for driving therapy shaping and managing business operations within an assigned territory for the Infinus Team- Trelegy Ellipta. The ABM is accountable for delivering sales, market share, and brand performance targets for a biologic product in asthma through strong stakeholder engagement, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive therapy shaping and biologic penetration in asthma within the assigned territory.

- Deliver sales targets, market share growth, and brand performance objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), pulmonologists, institutional stakeholders, and priority customers.

- Ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives at the ground level.

- Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with regional and national strategies.





- Monitor territory performance using data analytics and market insights; identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks.

- Conduct regular field visits to drive engagement, improve customer impact, and enhance execution quality.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, training, HR, and supply teams to ensure seamless territory operations.

- Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all business activities.

- Support onboarding and capability development initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Science / Pharmacy; MBA preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

- Specialty pharma experience mandatory (e.g., oncology, immunology, respiratory, critical care, or other specialty therapies).

- Exposure to biologics or specialty therapies preferred.

- Strong strategic thinking, customer focus, and execution excellence.

- High ownership mindset with robust analytical and stakeholder management skills.
