Role: ARCON PAM L3 Engineer / SME

Technology: ARCON PAM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows/Linux, SIEM, ITSM

Experience: Suggested 6–10 years overall IAM/PAM experience with strong hands-on PAM administration and L3 troubleshooting.

ARCON-Specific Knowledge The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of:

 ARCON PAM administration and configuration

 ARCON privileged account lifecycle management

 ACMO / ARCON Client Manager Online

 User and role administration

 Privileged session management and auditing

 Password/credential management

 Access policies and authorization

 Target asset/account onboarding

 AD/LDAP integration

Required Skills

 Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles.

 Robust knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

 Good understanding of authentication, authorization, LDAP, OAuth and SSO.

 Windows and Linux administration/troubleshooting knowledge.





 Understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles.

 Knowledge of privileged credential and session security.

 Experience with SIEM/log-monitoring integrations.

 Experience working within ITIL processes covering Incident, Problem, Change and Service

Request management.

 Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.

 Ability to coordinate with security, infrastructure, IAM and application teams.

 Resolution of complex PAM incidents within agreed SLAs

 RCA and permanent fixes for recurring PAM failures

 Successful privileged account/system onboarding

 Platform stability and availability
