We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer / Architectural & Interior Designer who can create high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, space layouts and interior design concepts. The candidate should have good knowledge of architectural and interior design principles and be able to convert concepts into accurate 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models, realistic renders and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop interior layouts, space planning and furniture arrangements based on project requirements.
- Prepare 3D views, walkthroughs and presentation renders for client presentations.
- Create architectural and interior 2D layouts and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Develop concepts for office spaces, commercial spaces and residential interiors.
- Prepare accurate furniture placement, elevations,



sections and design details.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project teams and clients to understand design requirements.
- Modify designs and renders based on client/internal feedback.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, finishes, colours and furniture specifications.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards and material/finish concepts when required.
- Support the project team during design development and execution stages.

Required Skills
