Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gandhinagar. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and detailed plans, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is executed. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, producing architectural documentation, supporting integration of structural, MEP, and interior design elements, and assisting with project scheduling and workflow.

The role involves reviewing construction progress, providing clarifications to site teams,



and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The Architect will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with Motif Haus’s design philosophy.

Qualifications

- Strong architectural foundation, including Architecture and Architectural Design skills.
- Experience with Integration of structural, services, and interior elements within architectural projects.
- Ability to support Project Management activities such as planning, coordination, and monitoring progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent, with relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic rendering tools.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and construction practices, preferably within Gandhinagar or the region.
- Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office with multidisciplinary teams.
