Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and details for residential projects using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and Vray.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior designing and space planning.
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize the final product.
- Prepare presentation materials like boards and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during the design process.
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
- Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Modifying designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.




- 3-6 years of experience in architecture or related field (residential).
- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Vray, Photoshop & 3d rendering tools.
- Solid understanding of spatial relationships & ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, which is crucial for demonstrating design capability and creativity to potential employers.
