We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to lead our software implementation and development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing scalable, secure products Your expertise will guide the architecture and implementation processes, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative software solutions. Skill set Required

Expertise in Python

- 15-20 years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on building robust, scalable applications.

Distributed Systems:

- Proven experience in building distributed systems that are highly scalable and secure, with an understanding of microservices architecture.

Compliance Experience:

- Hands-on experience in developing products that adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and PII compliance standards.

Architectural Design:

- Robust knowledge in creating high-level designs, including the ability to foresee challenges from architecture design to complete development scenarios.

Security Proficiency:

- Ability to define and implement security measures, including VAPT testing and security audits.

Database Migration:

- Experience in defining migration plans from existing databases (MySQL) to modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB),



with a focus on data integrity and performance.

Messaging and API Technologies:

- Strong expertise in using Kafka for message brokering and developing APIs using REST and GraphQL.

Performance Tuning:

- In-depth knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies to enhance application performance and scalability.

Communication and Leadership:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders

Requirements

1. 15-20 years of experience in software architecture and development, with a focus on Python and scalable distributed systems.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading architectural initiatives and overseeing software implementation projects.
4. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in software development.
