Key Expectations
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and design principles
- Positive knowledge of building bye-laws and regulations
- Experience in preparing DPRs and presentations (PPTs)
- Experience with BOQ / Cost Estimation is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Location : Chandigarh and Amritsar Salary: 24 LPA, based on experience and suitability.
