We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing residential, commercial, and corporate interior/exterior projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and project plans using design software
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and timelines
- Work on turnkey office spaces, luxury residences, and bungalow projects
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and project requirements




- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain quality standards

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar architectural software
- Solid knowledge of architectural planning, interior design, and space management
- Good understanding of construction materials and site execution
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
