Job Summary

We are looking for a B.Arch-qualified Architect to work on Society Redevelopment Projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, feasibility studies, area calculations, drawings and coordination with consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare redevelopment feasibility studies and concept plans.

- Prepare layouts, floor plans, area statements and presentations.

- Assist with FSI, TDR, carpet area and built-up area calculations.

- Prepare architectural proposals for redevelopment projects.

- Assist in preparing drawings and documents for redevelopment tenders.

- Coordinate with PMC, Structural Consultant, MEP Consultant, Legal Consultant and Society representatives.

- Attend site visits and society meetings when required.





- Assist with documentation required for statutory approvals.

- Prepare and modify drawings as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with internal team and external consultants.

- Required Skills

- B.Arch. – Bachelor of Architecture.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Real Estate / Redevelopment / Residential Projects preferred.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.

- Knowledge of FSI, TDR and basic development regulations.

- Knowledge of DCPR / UDCPR will be an advantage.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,489.28 - ₹32,037.64 per month
