DESIGN LEAD – ARCHITECTURE

Experience: 3–5 Years | Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month | Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities: Lead architectural/interior design projects, develop concepts and detailed drawings, coordinate with consultants and site teams, review designs, manage timelines, and guide junior architects.

Key Skills: Solid design skills, AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit knowledge, working drawings, construction details, material knowledge, communication and team coordination.

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Experience: 2+ Years | Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month | Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities: Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations and working drawings; coordinate with consultants and site teams; prepare 3D presentations; support project execution and design documentation.

Key Skills: B.Arch, AutoCAD, architectural drawings, SketchUp/Revit preferred, design visualization,



construction knowledge, site coordination and attention to detail.

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Experience: 0–1 Year | Salary: ₹15,000/month | Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities: Assist senior architects with design development, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, 3D models, site measurements, documentation and design presentations.

Key Skills: B.Arch, AutoCAD, basic SketchUp/Revit preferred, design skills, creativity, willingness to learn, teamwork and attention to detail.

Common Requirement: B.Arch degree, good design skills, good software skills and own laptop. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
