- Conduct professional client meetings and presentations .
- Handle client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and explain architectural and construction solutions clearly.
- Present design ideas and project solutions confidently to clients.
- Prepare and present architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design proposals.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites whenever required for design coordination and client discussions.




- Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to the execution team.
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project for smooth execution and communication. ? Candidate Requirements✅ 3 years of relevant experience as an Architect is mandatory. ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . ✅ Strong client-handling and convincing skills . ✅ Comfortable attending client meetings and site visits . ✅ Confident in presenting and explaining design concepts. ✅ Positive understanding of architectural design and construction processes. ✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software will be preferred. ✅ Professional attitude with strong coordination and negotiation skills. ?
