Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically proficient Junior Architect to support the design, documentation and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects across Mumbai and the MMR region. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring alignment between approved designs and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify architectural layouts, working drawings, elevations and sections using AutoCAD.
- Assist in design development, detailing and architectural documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Review GFC drawings and support drawing-related site coordination.
- Conduct site visits to verify site conditions and resolve drawing-related issues.
- Assist in preparing drawings for statutory approvals.
- Maintain drawing revisions and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support senior architects in design development and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in architecture or real estate.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Good understanding of architectural working drawings, GFC drawings and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of residential/commercial projects and Mumbai/MMR development regulations will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Position: Draftsman / Document Controller

Location: Bandra / Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years CTC: ₹5–6 LPA

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting or related field

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Draftsman / Document Controller to manage architectural drawings, GFC drawings and project documentation for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, drawing revisions, document control and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare working drawings, layouts, sections, elevations and construction details.
- Manage GFC drawings, revisions and drawing circulation.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision histories, document transmittals and project records.
- Track drawing submissions, approvals and pending documentation.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are circulated to consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and project teams for drawing updates and documentation.
- Follow up on pending drawings, revisions and approvals.
- Assist site teams in resolving drawing-related queries and participate in site visits when required.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of approved and superseded drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in drafting and/or document control.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and valuable knowledge of architectural and construction drawings.
- Experience in working drawings, GFC drawings and drawing revision management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate or construction projects is preferred.
