Key Responsibilities

Audit and review Arabic language conversations, content, transcripts, and communications. Evaluate quality, accuracy, and compliance with client guidelines and standards. Identify grammatical, linguistic, translation, and communication errors. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve quality performance. Prepare audit reports and maintain quality scorecards and trackers. Analyze trends and identify recurring quality issues and improvement opportunities. Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, SLAs, and operational requirements. Collaborate with operations, quality, and training teams to drive continuous improvement. Escalate critical quality concerns and process deviations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Auditing, Content Review, Translation, Localization, Customer Support, or related operations. Minimum B2 level proficiency in Arabic. Solid Arabic reading, writing, listening,



and comprehension skills. Good command of English for reporting and documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications

Arabic Language Certification (B2 or above). Experience in BPO/KPO or global operations environments. Prior exposure to quality monitoring and reporting processes. Key Competencies
