As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable for our company. - Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.

- Verify insurance information and update patient records as needed.
- Review and resolve denied claims to ensure proper payment.




- Utilize coding and billing knowledge to identify and rectify billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address account-related issues.
- Meet weekly and monthly production and quality targets.
- Document all communication with insurance companies in the system.
