We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for students and young professionals. The trainer will be responsible for developing aptitude, communication, interpersonal, and employability skills through interactive and practical learning methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability.
- Deliver sessions on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking and Interpersonal Skills.
- Train students on Interview Skills, Group Discussions, Resume Writing and Workplace Etiquette.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, worksheets and practice exercises.
- Conduct mock tests, mock interviews and group discussions.
- Assess participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based and practical training sessions.
- Track learner progress and prepare training reports.
- Collaborate with the academic/HR team to identify training requirements.
- Stay updated with current aptitude-test patterns and industry expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Soft Skills, Aptitude, Campus Training or Employability Skills Training.
- Strong command of English communication.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability.
- Ability to engage and motivate students through interactive training methods.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and presentation tools.
- Candidates with experience in college/campus training or placement training will be preferred.
