We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to support business applications and assist users with day-to-day operational issues. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Java and a strong willingness to learn application support processes, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for business applications.
- Log, track, and follow up on user-reported issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
- Monitor application availability and report incidents.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution.
- Support routine maintenance and data validation activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Java programming.
- Understanding of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Windows and web-based applications.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
