Work closely with our internal users to provide Level 1 and Level 2 Application Level Support.
- Manage incoming support requests via Phone and email following established procedure within a ticketing system.
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to applications hosted on Windows platform.
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues such as Functional Issues , Performance Issues , Network Issues , User Issues , UI Level Issue etc..
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the issues.
- Escalating the issues to 3rd line support, and managing the escalation following established
