Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Semicon Chip is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The specialist will coordinate interview logistics, support selection processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, contributing to employer branding initiatives,



and collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to meet workforce planning goals.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist is expected to work closely with technical teams to identify and attract semiconductor engineering talent and other key roles across the organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring, including candidate assessment and selection support.
- Background in Employer Branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
- Ability to source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in technology, engineering, or semiconductor industries is an advantage.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
