Application Specialist - Tamil Nadu The Advanced Medical Systems Inc. (TAMS) – a pioneer in medical device distribution for over 30 years, proudly represents world-class brands from USA, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Japan, France, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive clinical application support for advanced medical devices, including product demonstrations, user training, and technical assistance during live surgical procedures.
- Deliver effective product implementation by supporting installations, conducting clinical evaluations and trials, and ensuring seamless on boarding and post-installation support in collaboration with the Sales and Service teams.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, OT staff, nurses, biomedical engineers, and hospital stakeholders by delivering high-quality application support and addressing customer requirements.




- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities, product trainings, application reports, customer feedback, and ensure timely coordination for application-related technical issues.
- Continuously enhance product expertise by participating in medical conferences, CMEs, workshops, exhibitions, and internal training programs while staying updated on the latest clinical practices and technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering / Marketing / Healthcare / Business (PG preferred)
- Experience of 3-5 years in Neuro / Spine / ENT / Urology / Gynec / Plastic / Surgical Gastro / Surgical Oncology / General Surgery devices
- Strong management, time management and communication skills
- Ability to work in quick paced working environment
- Willingness to travel entire Tamil Nadu of 15 to 20 days in a month
