Role Description The Application Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end application process for students pursuing education abroad. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating application timelines, reviewing documentation, ensuring completion of university and scholarship forms, and guiding students through admission and visa requirements. The role involves communicating with universities and partner institutions, tracking application statuses, and updating students and families with clear, timely information.





Qualifications

- Strong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and international institutions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents, forms, and eligibility criteria.
- Familiarity with international education systems, admission procedures, and student visa processes (training or prior experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools, CRM or student management systems, and maintaining digital records.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address student queries and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and uphold a student-focused, inclusive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, administration, or counseling is an advantage.
- Prior experience in education consultancy, admissions, or academic administration is beneficial but not mandatory.
