- • In formulation development think beyond traditional approach for key ingredients in the formulation to generate value.
- Focused Polyurethane application in Footwear and Automotive Industry.
- Chemistry modification, formulation optimization, and process innovation for polyurethane systems.
- Adopt structured approach, Documentation as per Covestro protocol for projects and development.
- Independently perform required Physical and Mechanical test in Lab and also coordinate with external labs as when required.
- Collaborate with PRDC, ICJ, EMEA & US team to leverage global technical capabilities.
- Interact with Customer’s technical team (Tier 1/ Tier 2 / OEM) to understand clarify the project requirement.
- Lead technology transfer from lab-scale to regular production Technical Services & Customer Excellence
- Relationship building with customer (Tier 1/ Tier 2 / OEM).
- Timely respond to customer queries / technical issue. Willingness to travel customer end to address the technical issue.
- Adopt structured problem-solving approach.




- Document customer activities using Covestro digital tools.
- Gather market and technical insights about the industry and generate opportunities.
- Independently conduct complex trials and demonstrations in-house and at customer sites across regions

- Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop current customer segments and articulate value propositions
- Support pricing strategies through technical differentiation and value demonstration.

Education: ○ B.Tech (Chemical) / M.Sc / B.Sc in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or Material Science (mandatory) ○ MBA or Business Administration qualification is a strong advantage ○ Advanced degree (M.Tech/Ph.D.) preferred
