We're Hiring | React Native Developer (Full-Stack)

We are looking for an application developer with strong React Native and full-stack experience to join our growing technology team. The role involves building production-ready mobile applications, integrating APIs and third-party services, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain React Native applications using Expo and Expo Router.
- Build reusable components and implement navigation and state management.
- Integrate REST APIs and manage server state using TanStack Query.
- Integrate Firebase services, push notifications and payment gateways.
- Implement secure login and authentication flows.
- Test, debug and optimise application performance
- Work with backend APIs and database systems.
- Collaborate with product, design and development teams
- Build and publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills:

- Mobile and Frontend: React Native, Expo, Expo Router / React Navigation, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- State and Data Management: Redux or Zustand, TanStack Query
- APIs and Integrations: REST API integration (Fetch or Axios), Firebase, Firebase Push Notifications, payment gateway integration
- Authentication and Security: JWT or OAuth, secure storage of tokens and user data
- Testing: Jest and React Native Testing Library,



debugging and performance optimisation
- Build and Deployment: EAS Build and EAS Submit, Google Play Store and Apple App Store publishing
- Version Control: Git and GitHub
- Backend (any one stack): Python with Django and DRF, or Node.js with Express.js
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL or similar

Good to Have:

- Styling libraries such as NativeWind
- Basic knowledge of Android Studio and Xcode for native debugging
- CI/CD basics
- Experience with app analytics and crash reporting (for example, Firebase Crashlytics)

Key Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React Native
- Sound understanding of mobile application architecture
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write clean, maintainable and scalable code
- Experience with Git-based development workflows
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and work across mobile, frontend and backend technologies
