Job Summary:

The SAP Vistex Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Vistex solutions within SAP S/4HANA to manage complex pricing, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, and incentive programs. The role also includes working with Vistex Data Management (DM) for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Implementation

- Lead solution design for Quote to Cash and Contract to Settlement processes.
- Configure Vistex modules including:
- Rebates (customer/vendor)
- Chargebacks (including debit memos and adjustments)
- Billbacks (sales incentives and reimbursements)
- Composite Models (multi layered agreements and settlements)
- Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules.

2. Claims & Settlement Management

- Automate end to end claims lifecycle: initiation, validation, accrual, settlement.
- Use tools like Claim Workbench and Add bill Workbench for managing exceptions and adjustments
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with audit trails.





3. Data Management & Reporting

- Work with Vistex DW to manage large scale data for pricing, contracts, and claims.
- Develop custom reports including SOX compliant reconciliation and rebate detail reports
- Knowledge of Performing data conversion from legacy systems to S/4HANA will be added advantage.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and cross functional stakeholders.
- Provide support for ongoing enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Vistex.
- Solid understanding of pricing procedures, condition types, and agreement types.
- Experience with Vistex Fiori and SAP Launchpad integration.
- Familiarity with Vistex DW and analytics tools.
