Ansible AAP Administration

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:

- Administer and manage centralized Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) environments.
- Develop and manage Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, Inventories, and Execution Environments.
- Manage AAP RBAC, users, teams, credentials, access controls, and platform governance.
- Plan and execute AAP upgrades, patches, configurations, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
- Administer Harness CI/CD, including pipelines, Pipeline-as-Code, templates, connectors, and governance.
- Build and maintain reusable CI/CD templates and automation services for multiple engineering teams.
- Own CI/CD and automation platforms as centralized shared services supporting large developer/user communities.
- Implement platform security,



RBAC, secrets management, Vault integration, compliance, and audit controls.
- Integrate automation and CI/CD platforms with Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, and other enterprise tools using APIs.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to improve platform adoption and reliability.
- Support and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes environments as required.
- Establish platform standards, documentation, governance, and best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, scalability, and user adoption.
