- Equipment Knowledge: Rectifier operation (manual/auto mode, PLC/SCADA system for automatic lines, hoist operation for auto/manual override, jigging & racking methods).

- Skill Requirements:

- Semi-Automatic Line: Manual loading/unloading of parts, setting process parameters (current, time, temp.), monitoring tank conditions, recording process data manually, identifying visual defects (burning, pitting, patchiness).

- Fully Automatic Line: Operation of PLC-controlled systems, recipe selection & validation, alarm handling & troubleshooting, HMI interface usage, data logging & traceability system operation.

- Quality & Inspection Knowledge:

- Thickness measurement (micron level)

- Understanding quality acceptance criteria (e.g., 25µm, 40–60µm, etc.)

- Seal quality test

- Adhesion test





- Documentation (process log sheets, batch records, traceability requirements)

- Safety Requirements:

- Mandatory knowledge of chemical handling (H₂SO₄, Nitric acid, etc.)

- PPE usage: Acid-resistant gloves, face shield, apron

- Emergency procedures: Acid spill response, first aid for chemical exposure

- Electrical safety (rectifier systems)

- Basic awareness & knowledge of NADCAP & AS 9100.

- Willingness to learn & Positive Attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
