About Role:





This role sits at the intersection of financial markets, content creation, and business growth. You will be the face and voice of ET Learning's markets content, creating engaging videos and social-first content that helps professionals and aspiring investors understand markets, while also driving awareness and adoption of our markets courses and learning products.

This is an ideal role for someone who follows financial markets closely, is comfortable on camera, has a robust understanding of market concepts, and wants to build a career in financial content, media, and audience-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

Markets Content & On-Camera

- Create and host engaging short-form and long-form videos on stock markets, investing, personal finance, and market trends
- Break down complex market concepts, news, and investment themes into simple, compelling content
- Develop content ideas, scripts, hooks, and formats suited for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Track market developments and identify topics that are relevant and interesting to our audience
- Build a consistent on-camera presence as a trusted markets voice for ET Learning
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and the broader content team to produce high-quality market content

Audience & Community Growth




- Understand what markets audiences want to learn and continuously experiment with new content formats
- Engage with the audience through comments, communities, webinars, and live sessions
- Use content performance data to understand what is working and improve future content
- Help build a community of professionals and market enthusiasts around ET Learning

Product & Business Growth
- Understand ET Learning's markets courses and products and communicate their value clearly to the audience
- Create content that naturally introduces audiences to relevant learning products and courses
- Participate in webinars, masterclasses, live sessions, and other initiatives to drive course discovery and conversions
- Work with the business team to generate leads and support sales of ET Learning's markets products
- Gather audience feedback and market insights to help improve our learning products

Skills Required-

- Graduate or final-year student in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest and working knowledge of Indian financial markets and investing
- Comfortable speaking on camera and communicating with confidence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Naturally curious about markets, businesses, companies, and the economy
- Good understanding of social media and what makes content engaging
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in content, audience building, and business growth
- Prior experience creating videos, running a finance/markets page, writing market content, or building a personal brand is a strong plus
