Role Summary

As Application Lead – Anaplan, you will act as the SME for all technical aspects of the Anaplan platform. You’ll lead a team of model builders and architects, partner with stakeholders, and ensure best‑in‑class model architecture and delivery practices across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other planning domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Anaplan technical team (solution architects, model builders, analysts)
- Own platform architecture and governance across functions (FP&A;, Sales, Supply Chain)
- Design, build,



and optimize scalable Anaplan models in line with best practices
- Gather and translate requirements from stakeholders into integrated Anaplan solutions
- Manage data integration (ERP, CRM, Data Lakes) via Anaplan Connect, APIs, middleware
- Oversee full Anaplan development lifecycle: design, sprints, testing, deployment, support
- Enforce modeling standards, documentation, version control
- Drive adoption of new Anaplan platform features and automation
- Conduct model audits and technical reviews
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and roadmap execution
- Deliver training and mentorship to junior team members
- Manage timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet deliverables

Must‑Have Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in planning or financial systems roles
- At least 6 years hands‑on experience working with Anaplan
- Full‑time education of 15 years
- Proficiency in Anaplan platform; Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner preferred
- Robust leadership, communication, technical architecture, and project management skills

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
