Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Analytical Development Laboratory activities.

- Develop, validate and verify analytical methods for specialty chemical products.

- Handle advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, GCMS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, NMR, XRD, XRF, etc.

- Conduct impurity profiling, trace-level (ppm/ppb), raw material, in-process and finished product analysis.

- Manage stability studies and analytical documentation including specifications, COA and SOPs.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, FDA, EMA and ICH requirements.

- Troubleshoot analytical issues and support plant/customer-related technical queries.

- Coordinate with R&D;, QA, QC and Production teams.

- Lead team members and drive quality improvement and process optimization.
