• FPD-Link SerDes /n Design differentiated high-speed SerDes SoCs for automotive and industrial markets. Work spans Ethernet PHY (in-vehicle, robotic) and FPD-Link (multi-gigabit up to 20+ Gbps for sensor & display). Full product lifecycle owned in Bangalore — from spec to customer support. /n Wireless Infrastructure — Transceiver SoCs for 4G/4.5G/AAS Base Stations /n Join a world-class team designing integrated transceiver SoCs for 3G/4G/4.5G/AAS base station markets. Work across low-IF, zero-IF, and RF sampling architectures. This is a design-from-scratch role, not sustaining. - Architect, design, and verify analog & mixed-signal circuits from concept to silicon

/n

- Collaborate with digital design, layout, firmware, verification, validation, test, systems, applications, and marketing teams

/n

- Drive flawless first-pass silicon execution with innovative design thinking

/n

- Solve real customer problems with out-of-the-box solutions

/n

- Contribute to patents and differentiated innovations

/n

- Mentor and grow junior engineers (for lead roles)

/n /n What We're Looking For /n Must Have: /n /n

- B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

/n

- Strong fundamentals in analog & mixed-signal circuit design

/n

- Hands-on experience with transistor-level design in deep-submicron CMOS

/n

- Exposure to simulation tools (Spectre, HSPICE, etc.)

/n /n Valuable to Have (varies by team): /n /n

- Experience in power management, audio, RF, high-speed SerDes, or MCU IP design

/n

- Familiarity with layout, DFT, or silicon bring-up

/n

- Prior tape-out experience

/n

- 3–15 years of experience (roles available across levels)
