Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon Expert at Barraid.

The Amazon

Expert will manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content to improve visibility and conversion. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, analyzing metrics, adjusting pricing and promotions, and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock. The role involves coordinating advertising campaigns on Amazon (such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands), performing competitor research, and identifying recent opportunities for growth.

Expert will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, maintain brand consistency, and support customer experience through timely responses and efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications

- Marketplace management skills, including experience handling Amazon Seller Central, listing creation and optimization, and catalog management.
- Data and analytics capabilities, such as monitoring KPIs, interpreting sales and traffic reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Digital marketing and advertising experience, including Amazon PPC campaign setup, bid optimization, keyword research, and budget management.
- Content and branding skills, including writing clear product copy, optimizing images and content for conversions, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Operational and organizational skills, including inventory coordination, price and promotion management, and basic understanding of fulfillment and logistics.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience with e-commerce or marketplace selling, preferably in consumer products or similar retail categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
