Location: Remote The Heat Studios is looking for a hands-on Amazon & E-commerce Operations Executive who can independently manage Amazon Seller Central and gradually learn other e-commerce platforms

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central end-to-end
- Create, update and optimise product listings and A+ Content
- Handle catalogue issues, variations and suppressed listings
- Manage inventory, FBA/FBM, orders, returns and refunds
- Monitor Account Health and resolve Seller Support cases
- Manage pricing, coupons, deals and promotions
- Plan, manage and optimise Amazon Ads
- Track sales, conversion, traffic, ACOS/ROAS and other key performance KPIs




- Monitor settlements, fees and deductions
- Research Amazon for potential products/categories to sell
- Analyse competition, pricing, reviews, demand and customer gaps
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions for improvement

What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Practical experience with Amazon Ads
- 1.5–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Willingness to learn Shopify and other e-commerce platforms

Valuable to have: Shopify, Flipkart, Meesho, Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar experience.
