Essential Skills: Experience developing solutions using Amazon Connect| Lex| Lambda| Experience and expertise building integrations across SSO AD| CRM| Case management| WFM and other related contact center solutions Experience with software development using one or more development or scripting languages (e.g. Python| Node.js) Experience using and leveraging APIs Understanding of the software development lifecycle and concepts such as agile| SCRUM| CICD| and DevOps Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with production implementations on public cloud providers within large enterprises 2 years project experience architecting| building| and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS
