- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation charts. Ensure all site activities strictly align with the master project schedule.

- Site Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily on-site operations, civil/interior fit-outs, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations. Ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards.

Design Co-ordination: Collaborate closely with design and architectural teams to review layouts, clarify blueprints, and quickly resolve any on-site design discrepancies to prevent deployment delays.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between internal business teams, external vendors, landlords, and local authorities. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all parties.

- Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage on-site contractors, evaluate vendor performance,



and verify billings against actual work completed to maintain strict budgetary controls.

- Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks, material shortages, or layout challenges in office and implement immediate corrective actions to keep the project on track.
