Role and responsibilities

- Work on product, customer and business improvements on both jockey and speedo brands.
- Own and define the Product Backlog, grooming & prioritizing the highest value items based on data, customer insights and efforts.
- Collaborate with customer relationship management, catalog,

marketing, brand teams understand core business opportunities and challenges to help influence the prioritization of the Product

Backlog.

- Refine the Product Backlog based on Increment value, data and feature usage to optimize value generation sprint on sprint.
- Collaborate with the Product Design team to ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and create powerful customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to optimize the Jockey Squad's

Sprint Backlog, removing any impediments to progress along the sprint.

- Communicate and foster alignment on the strategy, along with its progress, to all levels of leadership across the company.




- Communicate progress and key updates to stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews.

Required

- 4+ years of experience working in a Product role within a retail e-commerce business, ideally within the frontend/growth and analytical Verticals.
- Demonstrated track record of driving value and influencing key business metrics.
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for data analysis and data-informed product innovation. End to end quantitative thinking.
- Experience in using 3rd party analytic tools, ideally Google

Analytics, Mixpanel etc.

- Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and environments.
- Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and establish solid partnerships.
- Rigorous: ask hard questions, validate their assumptions, and make sure asks align to the actual needs of the business.

Have a great eye for a good technical solution and must be able to collaborate with engineers
