Role Description The Aluminum Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hoskote, responsible for overseeing aluminum fabrication and installation activities in the production unit. This role includes planning daily operations, allocating work to team members, and ensuring that aluminum profiles, frames, and related components meet quality and safety standards.

The Aluminum

Supervisor monitors production timelines, coordinates with design and project teams, and ensures that materials and tools are available and properly used. Daily tasks involve inspecting finished products, resolving technical issues on the shop floor, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in processes and productivity. The role also includes training and guiding team members, enforcing workplace safety procedures,



and supporting management in meeting project deadlines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes, including cutting, assembling, and finishing of profiles used in kitchens and wardrobes.
- Experience supervising production or shop-floor teams, with the ability to allocate work, monitor performance, and provide clear guidance.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, dimensional checks, and inspection standards for aluminum components.
- Understanding of basic mechanical drawings and ability to interpret technical specifications and design layouts.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including safe handling of machinery, tools, and materials in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support frontline workers.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
- Previous experience in modular furniture, kitchen manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hoskote and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, fabrication, or a related discipline is beneficial; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
