Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alteryx Developer with strong ETL and SQL expertise to support workflow migration and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Alteryx Designer, workflow development, legacy ETL migration, and data transformation validation. Experience with Pentaho is preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for documenting existing workflows, rebuilding them in Alteryx, managing workflow deployment and version control, and supporting end-to-end SDLC activities for citizen development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and document current-state workflows developed in Integration/Pentaho, including:
- Workflow problem statements
- Architecture and transformation logic
- Inputs and outputs
- Required access and permissions
- Process execution procedures

- Rebuild and migrate documented workflows into Alteryx Designer.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL.




- Validate migrated workflows against existing outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage version control of Alteryx workflows using GitHub.
- Execute complete SDLC activities for Alteryx-based citizen development projects.
- Publish, schedule, and maintain workflows on Alteryx Server/Production environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve workflow issues.
- Work independently while proactively escalating risks, blockers, and technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in ETL/Data Integration development.
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- Alteryx Designer
- Alteryx Workflow Development
- SQL

- Experience in:

- Workflow migration and transformation logic conversion
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Workflow documentation and architecture understanding

- Good understanding of:

- Alteryx Server deployment and scheduling
- Version control tools such as GitHub
- SDLC processes and best practices

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client environment.
