Responsibilities

- Support, monitor, and maintain Alation, MANTA, Arena, and related platforms.

- Execute manual and automated testing for platform features, integrations, APIs, and upgrades.

- Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot platform issues.

- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests using ServiceNow.

- Monitor application health using Dynatrace, Splunk, and other tools.

- Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.

- Support Linux/Unix environments, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and service excellence.

- Maintain operational and testing documentation and participate in Agile

Additional Responsibilities

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical and Professional Requirements





- 510 years of experience in Application Support, QA, Platform Operations, or DevOps.

- Experience with Alation, MANTA, Arena, or similar data governance/catalog tools.

- Solid SQL, Linux/Unix, API testing, and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, Git, and automation practices.

- Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Rally, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
