About Patni Capital

Patni Capital Pvt. Ltd. (est. 2020) builds and runs algorithmic options trading strategies deployed on Tradetron for a growing base of clients. We're a lean, tech-driven team based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and we're looking for someone who understands markets and enjoys working with people.

What you'll do

- Be the daily point of contact for clients: onboarding, strategy deployment queries, broker connection issues, and P&L; updates via WhatsApp, Telegram, calls and email
- Monitor live strategies during market hours, catch errors early (broker disconnects, rejected orders, strategy in error state) and coordinate fixes
- Help create, modify and backtest option strategies on Tradetron under the guidance of the founder
- Prepare daily/monthly performance reports for clients
- Manage the community group: answer questions, share updates, maintain a positive tone
- Keep track of subscriptions, renewals and client records in our CRM

What we're looking for

- Solid understanding of options:



strikes, expiries, premium, Greeks basics, straddles/strangles, stop-loss logic
- Hands-on experience with any algo platform (Tradetron, AlgoTest, StockMock, Quantiply) is a big plus
- Explicit, polite communication in Hindi, English and Marathi
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Calm under pressure during live market hours (9:15 AM – 3:30 PM)
- NISM Series VIII certification is a plus
- 1–3 years experience at a broker, sub-broker, trading desk or algo firm preferred; freshers with strong market knowledge are welcome
