Role Description The Airport Field Executive is a full-time, on-site role located at the DTC Bus Terminal, supporting day-to-day last mile delivery operations linked to airport consignments. This role involves coordinating with drivers and ground staff, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of packages, and verifying documentation and shipment details.

The Airport Field

Executive is responsible for monitoring delivery schedules, resolving on-ground issues, and maintaining accurate records of consignments and handovers. The role includes regular communication with operations supervisors, clients, and transport partners to address delays, exceptions,



or special handling requirements. The position requires adherence to safety and security protocols, continuous tracking of shipments, and proactive reporting to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong operational and coordination skills, including basic logistics understanding, route planning awareness, and experience managing field activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with drivers, terminal staff, and client representatives.
- Attention to detail and basic documentation skills for verifying shipment details, maintaining logs, and preparing simple reports.
- Ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment, including flexibility for shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required.
- Basic computer and mobile app proficiency for using tracking tools, communication apps, and reporting systems.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused mindset, with willingness to take ownership of on-ground issues.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier, airport operations, or field executive roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
