Requirement

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Engineer to design, implement, and optimize customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO.

Required Skills

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, journey orchestration, and omni-channel personalization.
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering impactful business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience with omni-channel personalization and A/B testing.



Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, and tools such as WebSDK for data streaming and tagging.
- Hands-on experience with email template creation, channel management, and IP strategies.
- Preferred Skills Experience with other analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with real-time data integration and identity resolution in AEP.
- Knowledge of privacy and data governance standards. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
