About the Role

Espire Hospitality Limited is looking for an AI Creative Specialist – Video Editor who can bring our hotels, destinations and colleague trainings to life through AI-generated visual content.

The role will focus on creating AI-powered videos, visual concepts and creative content for our portfolio of hotels, including hospitality campaigns, destination stories, social media content, brand communication and other marketing and training initiatives.

We are looking for someone who combines a strong creative eye with hands-on expertise in AI video generation and editing tools and can turn an idea or brief into compelling, polished visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and create AI-generated videos and visual content for the complete portfolio.
- Develop creative video concepts for social media, digital campaigns, weddings, launches, destinations and hotel experiences.
- Use AI tools to generate realistic, cinematic and creatively styled video content from text prompts, images and existing footage.
- Work with the marketing team to translate briefs, campaign ideas and brand requirements into engaging visual stories.
- Create short and long form videos, reels, transitions, animations, visual effects and AI-enhanced content.
- Edit and polish AI-generated footage to create production-ready videos.
- Repurpose existing hotel photography and footage into fresh AI-led creative assets.

Skills & Experience

- 1 year of hands-on experience creating videos using AI tools.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with video editing.
- Hands-on experience with AI video-generation platforms such as Runway, Flow,



Kling AI, and similar emerging tools.
- Strong understanding of AI prompting, image-to-video, text-to-video and generative visual workflows.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Ability to create visually compelling content from a simple brief or concept.
- Good understanding of cinematography, framing, transitions, pacing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of social media formats.
- Ability to work across different visual styles, from luxury hospitality and destination storytelling to promotional and experiential content.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand aesthetics.

Someone who is creative first and technology-driven, with a strong visual sensibility and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.

You should be someone who enjoys experimenting with AI, understands what makes a video visually compelling, and can independently take a concept from”

idea → prompt → image generation → video generation → editing → final video.

Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, advertising or digital content creation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
