Location: Remote / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (Based on Experience) About the Role We are looking for a highly creative AI Video Creator who can combine traditional filmmaking skills with the latest generative AI tools to create cinematic, story-driven video content. The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, shot design, editing, and post-production while being proficient in AI-powered video generation workflows. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a filmmaker, edits like a content creator, and leverages AI as a creative production tool.

Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and create high-quality AI-generated video content from scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs. Develop cinematic scenes, character-driven narratives, and visually compelling sequences using AI video generation tools. Write and optimize prompts for image generation, video generation, character consistency, environments, camera movements, and visual effects. Convert ideas, scripts, and story concepts into complete video productions using AI-assisted workflows. Perform professional video editing, color grading, sound design, transitions, and final post-production. Create storyboards, shot lists, animatics, and visual references before production. Maintain character consistency, visual continuity, and cinematic quality across projects. Collaborate with creative teams, writers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to develop engaging content. Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and recommend workflow improvements. Manage end-to-end video production, from concept development to final delivery.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Filmmaking & Storytelling Strong understanding of cinematic language, composition, camera angles, framing, lighting, and visual storytelling. Knowledge of screenplay interpretation, storyboarding, shot planning, and narrative structure. Understanding of pacing, continuity, emotional storytelling, and audience engagement.

Video





Editing & Post-Production Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

Experience with color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, and audio synchronization. Ability to deliver polished, production-ready videos across multiple formats. AI Video Creation Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Runway Kling AI Veo Pika Luma Dream Machine Hailuo AI Midjourney Flux ChatGPT Other emerging generative AI tools Prompt Engineering Ability to create detailed prompts for: Character consistency Cinematic camera movements Workplace generation Lighting design Visual styles Story-driven sequences Understanding of AI workflow optimization and iterative creative development.

Preferred Qualifications Experience creating short films, advertisements, branded content, social media videos, or cinematic AI productions. Knowledge of VFX workflows and compositing. Familiarity with Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, or other creative tools. Understanding of aspect-ratio adaptation for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Portfolio demonstrating both traditional filmmaking and AI-generated video projects.
