AI & Automation Specialist (Mid-level)

WeAreAmnet is hiring a mid-level AI & Automation Specialist for a hybrid role based out of our Chennai office. In this role, you will own the LLM layer of our artwork-automation pipeline, build robust RAG pipelines, and deploy production-grade AI applications that drive measurable operational savings. We are looking for hands-on Python developers with deep experience in agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration tools who can seamlessly containerize and deploy their own solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Pipeline Ownership: Own the LLM layer for document automation, turning complex formats (like PDF comments) into structured JSON and accurate intents.
- RAG & Agents: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end RAG pipelines and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Deployment: Containerize and deploy secure, scalable AI services using Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluation & Observability: Build evaluation frameworks to track model accuracy and implement LLM observability (logging, cost-tracking, and failure alerts).
- Collaboration:



Scope automation workflows with non-technical teams and build custom bots/assistants.

Required Qualifications (Vital)

- Experience: 3 to 6 years in software development/automation, with at least 2 years building production-ready LLM applications.
- Core Tech: Robust Python proficiency and hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini APIs.
- Frameworks: Direct experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP, alongside Vector DBs (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone).
- DevOps: Solid hands-on experience with Docker, Linux, and Git.
- Location & Availability: Chennai (Hybrid), Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred / Good to Have (Essential & Desirable)

- Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, or Zapier).
- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen) and observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith).
- Exposure to Adobe scripting APIs (InDesign/Illustrator) or document AI/OCR tools.
