Your key responsibilities will include:

- Cloud & Platform Security

• Architect secure AI solutions across major cloud providers (Azure & AWS)
- Define identity, access management, encryption, and key management strategies for AI platforms
- Secure APIs, microservices, and model endpoints
- Evaluate and manage third-party AI tools, vendors, and SaaS platforms

- AI Security Architecture & Design

• Design and maintain end-to-end security architectures for AI/ML platforms, models, pipelines, and data flows
- Define security patterns and reference architectures for AI systems deployed on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Ensure secure model lifecycle management (data ingestion, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retirement)
- Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles into AI initiatives

- Risk Management & Threat Modeling

• Conduct AI-specific threat modeling (e.g., model poisoning, data leakage, adversarial attacks, prompt injection)
- Identify and assess security risks related to AI models, training data, APIs, and inference endpoints
- Define mitigation strategies and compensating controls for AI-related risks
- Support enterprise risk assessments and audits involving AI systems

- Promote security awareness and best practices by mentoring colleagues, delivering training, and contributing to security knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

- Technical Skills

• Strong background in information security architecture and secure system design
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts (model types, training workflows, inference, MLOps)
- Experience securing cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of AI-specific threats (model poisoning, adversarial ML, data inference attacks)
- Knowledge of data security, encryption, key management, and secure data pipelines
- Experience with IAM, API security, network security, and zero-trust architectures




- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, MITRE ATLAS)

- Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate complex security concepts into business-relevant guidance
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations
- Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability

- Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or cloud security certifications
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or AI ethics programs
- Exposure to regulatory environments across multiple regions (EU, US, APAC)
- Prior experience in a multinational or highly regulated industry
