Education and work experience

- Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in Software Engineering or Platform Development, with demonstrable recent experience in Generative AI and/or Agentic Systems.

Technical & Professional Knowledge

- Agentic AI Engineering: Robust practical experience building agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Microsoft Agent Framework. Solid understanding of agentic design patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, multi-agent orchestration).
- Backend & API Development: Proficiency in Python (Pydantic, FastAPI) with experience designing and operating production backend services, including message queues, data-intensive applications, and event-driven architectures.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud-native components and managed services on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP. Comfortable with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Data & State Management: Experience with Redis, relational and non-relational databases, and vector stores.



Understanding of how to manage agent memory, context, and state at scale.
- DevOps & Production Operations: Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub Actions), implement monitoring/observability strategies, and apply security best practices in production environments.
- AI & LLM Ecosystem: Working knowledge of LLM providers and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral), managed AI services (Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Foundry), and agentic standards/protocols (MCP, A2A).

Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow engines and state machine frameworks.
- Familiarity with Databricks / Unity Catalog for large-scale data context.
- TypeScript proficiency alongside Python.
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns (SAP, Salesforce).
- OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing experience.
