Position Summary
Design, build, integrate and govern the AI capability that underpins Keystone's global marketing operation. This is a production engineering role, not a prompt-writing role: the position turns AI into reliable, secure business infrastructure across MEI Group. The role is full-time and office-based at the Mammoth Jabalpur office, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, supporting global teams and entities.
Main Duties / Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Keystone's enterprise AI architecture across approved MEI Group entities and use cases.
- Build secure entity-specific knowledge systems using approved brand, product, market, customer, CRM, research and performance information.
- Develop production-grade AI assistants, agents, reusable skills and workflows for research, content, reporting, analysis, CRM and marketing execution.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation, source traceability, permissions, review dates and data segregation so outputs remain accurate and auditable.
- Integrate approved LLM platforms with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, websites, databases and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks and orchestration tools.
- Build human-approval stages, exception handling, monitoring and evaluation for factual accuracy, hallucination, security, latency, reliability and cost.
- Establish and enforce AI governance covering access, confidential information, personal information, entity separation and acceptable use.
- Create reusable technical components and documented patterns rather than isolated one-off automations.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, change logs, source ownership and operating procedures.
- Train Keystone users on approved AI capability and continually measure adoption, cycle-time, quality and commercial value.
Required Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent practical experience; relevant cloud/AI certifications are advantageous.

- Minimum 5 years of software engineering, integration or automation experience, including at least 2 years building applied LLM/AI solutions.
- Demonstrable experience taking AI solutions from prototype through testing into reliable production use and integrating business systems through APIs.
- Experience with marketing, sales, CRM, analytics or enterprise knowledge-management use cases is highly regarded.
Technical Skills:
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, Git and structured software-development practices.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude or comparable LLM APIs; agent/tool calling, structured outputs and model evaluation.
- RAG architecture, embeddings, vector databases, semantic retrieval, document ingestion and governed knowledge design.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or comparable orchestration tools; cloud deployment and observability are advantageous.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce architecture, data controls and integration patterns.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional systems thinking, structured problem solving and the judgement to reject AI ideas that lack a defensible business case.
- Solid written and spoken English with the ability to explain complex technology to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly disciplined around privacy, security, factual accuracy, documentation and measurable business value.
