As we scale our AI products and work with a growing set of businesses, we are looking for an AI/ML Product Implementation Lead to lead the implementation and deployment of our AI solutions across customer environments.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining AI/ML, software engineering, integrations, cloud deployment, and team management. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams, customers, and a team of engineers to take solutions from POC to production.

What You'll Do

- Lead a small team of engineers working on AI/ML product implementations and customer projects .
- Own the technical implementation and deployment of our AI/ML products across customer environments.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical implementation plans .
- Work with the team to build and improve AI/ML and Generative AI workflows , including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agents, embeddings, and model inference.
- Lead integrations with CRMs, APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services .
- Coordinate deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure, or customer infrastructure .
- Work directly with customer technical teams to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful implementation.
- Build and review POCs and technical prototypes to evaluate new AI capabilities.
- Troubleshoot issues across the application, AI/ML, infrastructure, and integration layers .
- Break implementation requirements into tasks, assign them to team members, and track progress through deployment.
- Review technical work and ensure implementation quality, timelines, and documentation.




- Identify recurring implementation challenges and work with Product and Engineering teams to turn them into scalable product improvements .
- Mentor team members and help establish good practices around development, deployment, testing, and documentation.

What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions engineering, cloud engineering, or related technical roles.
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI is preferred.
- Experience taking technical solutions from POC/prototype to deployment or production .
- Experience working on live applications, products, or technical projects that you have built or significantly contributed to.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating engineers .
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- A hands-on approach — you should be comfortable getting into the code and solving technical problems yourself.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to lead and coordinate a small technical team.
- Comfortable breaking down requirements into tasks and managing implementation timelines.
- Ability to review technical work and provide constructive feedback.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work with engineering, product, and customer teams .
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements and solving problems independently.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong bias towards building,



experimenting, shipping, and improving .

Software Engineering
- Good programming skills in Python .
- Understanding of software development and application architecture.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs .
- Familiarity with databases and data pipelines .
- Experience with Git and collaborative software development .
- Familiarity with testing, logging, monitoring, and debugging practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications is preferred.
- Ability to understand and work with existing codebases.

AI/ML & GenAI
- Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based applications .
- Hands-on experience with some of the following:
- RAG
- Embeddings
- Vector databases
- Prompt engineering
- AI agents
- LLM APIs and model inference
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Understanding of how AI applications are built, including retrieval, orchestration, and model inference .
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and performance is a plus.
- Experience with GPU workloads, vLLM, SGLang, or sovereign AI deployments is a plus, but not mandatory.

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Experience deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform — AWS, GCP, or Azure .
- Basic understanding of cloud compute, storage, networking, databases, and security .
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud-based deployment environments.
- Understanding of application reliability, monitoring, and performance.
- Experience working with GPU infrastructure is a plus.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong practical experience and demonstrated technical work will be valued alongside formal qualifications.
