Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python with AI/ML Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, data processing, and model development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, training, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using Python.
- Design, build, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models.
- Work with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Develop AI/ML solutions based on business requirements.
- Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML models and applications.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists,



product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Deploy and monitor ML models in development and production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SQL and databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Git/GitHub.
- Good understanding of model evaluation and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker and ML deployment/MLOps.
- Experience working with OpenAI or other AI APIs.
