At Navi, our GenAI team is charged with embedding AI in every part of the organization. The aim is to deploy state-of-the-art AI tools in real world business processes. Overview of the role

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Generative AI (GenAI) based solutions tailored to create business impact and enhance customer experience at Navi.




- The role holder will be required to understand specific business processes in depth and bring a first principles approach to reimagine the value being created and improve it using AI. The role holder will have to develop a systems level view of how teams and processes come together to create impact in an organization.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to conceptualize, solutionize, and deploy AI solutions.
- Raise productivity by ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and platforms.
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts by leveraging advanced prompt engineering techniques. This includes researching and identifying the most effective ways to frame problems and elicit accurate responses from AI systems.
- Continuously define and monitor key quality metrics (such as accuracy, relevance, and completeness) and latency metrics (such as response time and processing speed) of AI deployments. Use insights gathered to make iterative improvements to models and prompts, ensuring they meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in GenAI, machine learning, and related technologies, applying creative techniques to enhance Navi's AI capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineeering from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated ability in high-level critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to understand complex ideas and explain them simply.
- Proficiency in programming, preferably in Python.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to detect patterns, recognise biases and heuristics will be necessary
- 0-2 years of practical experience demonstrating their problem solving abilities.
- Bonus: Prior experience working with GenAI technologies and understanding of LLMs.
