We are looking for an AI/ML Developer who is passionate about building practical AI solutions and integrating Generative AI capabilities into education-focused products and modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for education-related use cases.
- Build and develop AI Agents, AI assistants, and intelligent modules for educational ERP applications.
- Work on AI-based features such as content generation, response generation, summarization, recommendation, evaluation, and automation.
- Develop and integrate Image Generation and Video Generation capabilities into applications.
- Work on Audio Processing, Speech Processing, Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Audio Cloning technologies.
- Implement AI workflows involving re-thinking, re-evaluation, response refinement, validation, and improved response phrasing.
- Integrate and customize pre-built AI models, APIs, libraries, and AI modules according to product requirements.
- Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases/RAG, and AI agent frameworks where required.
- Develop AI solutions capable of understanding and responding to education-specific data and workflows.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, relevance, reliability, and response quality.
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to convert business requirements into practical AI features.
- Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models and applications.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI, LLM, multimodal AI, agentic AI, and AI automation technologies.

Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with robust AI/ML projects and practical Generative AI knowledge may also apply.
